Hey Holly,

I see your comment and sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. Those road closures were copied and pasted from a press release that I received from Martha Kelly, the Acting City Traffic Engineer from the Cincinnati Department of Transportation and Engineering. It was the best source of information available. I appreciate your feedback. Here is Ms. Kelly's contact information so that you can pass your comments along to her so that she can improve this information for next year.

Martha Kelly: martha.kelly@cincinnati-oh.gov, (513)352-1925

I hope that you will continue to use our site and would be interested to
hear what type of response you get.

So I looked online for all road closures because, as a physician, I work weekends. I took an alternate route to Children's today b/c I saw where my typical routed would be interrupted with runners. However, this new route that I took based on the listings of road closures only put me in the face of more road closures. The was quite frustrating! Not only did I allow myself an extra 30 minutes to get to work today but I ended up on the west side of the city, lost in what appeared to be a very unsafe part of town and in the end late to work with sick kids waiting for my care. Perhaps next year y'all can do a better job of posting road closings.
