I recieved an e-mail last week that gave me some very important information. It was about Asbestos and it spoke to the importance of identifying it early on during the home inspection process.

As real estate agents we learn extensively about the dangers associated with Lead Paint, and in fact there are even state required forms that must accompany every real estate transaction.
